Hello I am new to the site and I have some photos that may be of interest, I posted them on another website andI was informed you guys might like a look and give me your thoughts.

It was quite a shock for me to find this, I have caught pike for years and I can only dream of a fish like this.

Definitely a big fish but pike skullscan be deceiving as they flatten and look bigger. The teeth always look bigger when there is no flesh covering the root. Got to be 30-plus though I'd guess.

Interesting though, so thanks for posting the pictures Robert.

Nice find Robert. How do the stats compare to the Endrick skull? I know it was 12.5 inches long but don't know other measurements. They estimated that one at 72lbs

If only you could ecxtract the operculum ( gil cover bone ) then I could judge the age and even estimate the lenght of a specimen. What a beauty!
