Here we go again. Who can catch the biggest Perch this autumn/winter?

Rules: Rod/pole/whip only.
Any bait..
Any water in the UK.

Start at 00:01am Thursday 3rd September 2015.. ( perch caught before tomorrow will not count... Jerry or anyone else)

Finish at 12pm 14th March 2016

Now in it's 5th year this challenge has thrown up a few lunkers....

2012/13. Reeds. 4lb:01oz.
2013/14. Chubber Bob. 4lb:11oz.



Photographic evidence would be great but not essential...
If you have a photo and can't upload it, we have ways, so take a pic anyway....

So far nobody has reached the 5lb mark, or the possible 6lb+.
The UK record is I believe 6lb:5?

Cheers Phil, hope to be on the Ouse sometime next month - forget the Nene for perch, it's not often that they come out over 3lb...........

At approx 10am this morning set a pb catching this Perch weighing in at 3lb 10oz. Venue .....Long Shaw Fishery Sturry Kent.

Float fished using a piece of sardine on a size 16 hair rigged hook to 4lb line.
