GUY LAKES
Yeomans Lake has been fishing well for carp with Steve Gee fromBirmingham catching a double, four twenties and a 34.04 common. Stevewas casting out about 30yards towards the island.
New member Ian Hunter fishing in the same area caught a 25.02mirror and a double.
Fish are spawning on the other two Guy Lakes which has slowedsport down.
HUNTS CORNER LAKE AND POND
These waters remain closed but we propose to re-open them forfishing on June 15th.
ST. JOHNS/MANOR/HARDWICK AND SMITHS POOL
Carp are showing on the top a lot and only a few have been caughtpossibly because most anglers have not tried surface fishing?
