Reel Servicing

Highly trained professional staff, with a comprehensive workingknowledge of every Shimano reel, will inspect and diagnose anyproblems and replace damaged parts if needed. The finished item willbe returned to you within 2 working days of receipt.*

If you need your reel serviced, please ensure that it is securelypackaged and sent by recorded post. Enclose a covering letterdetailing the exact nature of your requirements, along with your name, address and daytime telephone number.

The approximate price of service for a Shimano fixed spool reel would be £ 6.00 labour plus parts and return postage and packing. If requested, the engineer will phone before repair is carried out,to let you know the cost.

Giving your Shimano reels the SAS treatment will ensure longer life, smoother performance and total confidence that they will be ready for the toughest action.

Spare Part Replacement

If you wish to replace a part yourself, whether a reel part or spool, rod or pole section, but are unsure what you require, helpful staff are available 5 days a week to identify the part(s) and supply direct to you. In most cases your spare part will arrive with you the next day. Prices and availability may be obtained simply by phone, e-mail or letter.
