Bracknell’s Paul Radford fished a 24 hour session on the Pads Lakeat Nutrabaits Yateley and took just the one fish in the shape of thiscracking mirror of 31lb 8oz.
Paul fished the Point Swim at the western end of the lake andpresented a double 14mm Tails Up Protavit Liver boilie dipped inProliveramino on a gravel bar at close range. The hookbait was fishedon a 6 inch Sufix fluorocarbon hook link with a 3oz pear lead and wassurrounded by some 50 free offerings.

It has been a very tough start on the notoriously difficult CarPark Lake on the Nutrabaits Yateley Complex but Craig Dunn foundsuccess in the early hours of the morning when his bait was picked upby Chunky at a weight of 41lb 9oz.
Prior to this capture the only one of the big fish to have fallenwas Pearly Tail, taken by Lewis Reid at a new top weight of 34lb 6oz.
Congratulations to Craig on a top result from what must surely bethe hardest carp water in the country.
A 48 hour session on the Church Lake at Horton produced Shouldersat 42lb 14oz for West Sussex angler Dave ‘Dolly’ Hart. The fish isDave’s fifth from the venue this season – four of those beingoriginals.

The bait was fished with 50 free offerings at medium range on asize 8 Carp Company Super Strong hook to 15lb Subterfuge hooklink,12lb GR60 mainline and 3oz Korda Lead.
This is the third time Shoulders has seen the bank this seasonhaving previously been banked twice at 44lb 12oz by the great JimShelley.
