| Preferred Habitats | Chub thrive in most waters from fast rivers and streams to large gravel pits and lakes. In the rivers they love to stay close to shaded, quiet places like reeds and weedbeds and overhanging trees and shrubs. Fond of living under under floodwater raft swims. |
