To the rear of the house there is a quay, steps to the river and a boat lift (3500lbs) which gives access ( 20minutes ) to the Gulf of Mexico and excelent fishing.

The house has 3 beds with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, diningroom, lounge, conservatory, laundry room. All of which is air conditioned and heated.The additional plot is 1/4 acre and has basic permission for a house of 1750 sq feet plus garage(s) upto a maximum build of 2300 sq feet. It has water access on 2 sides again to the Gulf as it is next door to the house above.
