The Angling Trust report:

They were exploring the location of Get Hooked on Fishing’s (GHOF) latest Social Enterprise Angling Centre (SEAC) to be based at Northolt and Greenford Country Park in Northolt.
The GHOF Ealing is a joint project with Ealing Borough Council and is currently under development, forging links with many organisations including the Angling Trust’s Building Bridges Project and Regional Officers, the Environment Agency, Metropolitan Police, schools, colleges, local angling clubs and British Disabled Anglers Association.
Sarah Collins, Social Enterprise Director for GHOF, the national charity, was delighted to welcome Mike and Nigel and explained:
“We have some extremely exciting plans for the future of this SEAC. We have six purpose-built coaching lakes, full indoor facilities including a large classroom and tackle shop, an on-site cafe and accessibility to all aspects of the site is excellent.
As well as offering angling coaching and development in a variety of forms, the lakes will also be available as a day-ticket and match-fishing venue welcoming all responsible anglers who like to enjoy good silver-fishing sport!
The indoor facilities will also be available for hire by both angling and non-angling groups.
We are very proud to be working in close partnership with the Angling Trust and the angling media. We will be encouraging all who join us to become members of the Angling Trust and to support the marvelous work it does on behalf of all anglers.”
