There must be a considerable number of FishingMagic members who have ventured abroad in search of exotic specimens; and they will, surely, have had their shocking moments: an encounter with a bear? A close shave with a big cat? A battle with bugs? (NOT the ‘bunny’…) Other anglers’ true accounts can be both interesting and beneficial – readers can avoid the pitfalls made by the ‘pioneers’ and be forever grateful (see ‘Don’t be complacent!’) Just think: YOU could save a Brother of the Angle from something really awful! So come on… Had a dose of dysentry in darkest Africa? Been penetrated by a bott fly? Had to run from something very quickly? Tell us about it and save us all from disaster!
