Like its historic ancestor the Fortuna (built for tuna!) the Hardy Fortuna X reels pack a serious punch with a muscular 32lb of drag in the largest sizes. Enough to stop the meanest, toughest, saltwater predators around.

The Fortuna X comes in four sizes to suit saltwater lines from 8 to 14 weight and it’s also a big hit with salmon anglers, the larger sizes easily swallowing the Spey line and backing needed for big salmon on big rivers.
