Following Mick Lomas’s fabulous Trent barbel of 14lb 2oz, reported last week, Ian Weatherall has captured one at 12lb 7oz from a stretch above Nottingham.
Hants Avon – 14lb 8oz
Chris Harrison fished the middle Hampshire Avon and netted a 14lb 8oz barbel, while 15 year old Adam Dyer took one of 10lb 8oz from the famous Royalty stretch at Christchurch.
