The Shimano Linear Fisheries brochure has 32 pages and contains all the angler would want to know about visiting their waters at Oxford. In addition there are articles and tips contributed by some of the country’s leading anglers.
Shimano Linear Fisheries 2001
Linear Fisheries continues to move forward and these are very exciting times for all those concerned with the Oxford waters. Stocking has taken place on several of the lakes and more is planned for 2001 and beyond.

Many site and individual lake records were broken last year and amongst these were pike to 28lb 12oz, catfish over 50lb, roach to 3lb 2oz, chub to 7lbs 14oz and carp of 42lb 2oz, 38lb 8oz and 36lb.

There is now a small carp water that can cater for small matches of up to 14 pegs and the Float Lake behind Manor Farm Lake is ideal for beginners and for those who just want to enjoy a good days sport.

The brochure is available free of charge direct from Linear Fisheries or can be picked up free from several selected tackle shops in the country. It will also be available at the NEC Tackle Show on the Linear stand in March of this year.

Linear is also offering a video on the fishery that is priced at £ 3.99 and includes postage and packing. The video comes with a voucher for the same price that is redeemable against the cost of any Shimano Linear permit.
