A ’66’ from Croix Blanche

Angling Lines have sent us news of a 66lb 4oz monster coming out of Croix Blanche. Chris Fullard caught this fish of a lifetime on one of the A&J Eurocarp Sessions organised trips to the venue. Backed up with additional mirrors of 31lb and 30lb he took the fish on a gravel bar at 80 yards range, fishing over a small bed of freebies.

This is a new complex record and was one of six fish over 50lb caught in the week. With three known fish over 60lb Croix has to rank as one of the very best lakes France has to offer.
