In the latest incident visitors to Luton Angling Club’s popular Stoke Hammond stretch were approached by a man in his 40s with grey-brown hair who demanded a £6 day ticket fee. Now the club has renewed its warning to members and occasional visitors not to hand over any cash unless the bailiff shows ID and can give them an official printed ticket.
