The UK’s foremost carp organisation, the Carp Society, is to stage its biggest show ever.
The event will take place at Sandown Park, Esher on Sunday, 10th December, doors opening at 10.30am.
Exhibitors include Diawa who will be launching their Infinity range of reels, which are expected to sell like hot cakes to carp anglers who strive to cast to maximum range and require a free spool facility. The Carp Society will launch their new book and there will be a draw to win a full kit of carp fishing gear. Authors will sign books and there will be a special junior event with ‘The Don (Derek Ritchie) giving away goodie bags to all under 16’s.
RMC Angling will have a stand where they will have a tank of their prime stock fish, the famous Sutton at Hone strain carp, on show. Author Neil Wayte will be on hand to sign copies of his new book ‘River Carping’.

There will be four interactive forums where each forum will be held in the morning, then repeated again in the afternoon.
Forum 1: Brian Jarrett of Hinders on particle preparation and presentation.
Forum 2: Danny Fairbrass and the Korda Team on advanced rigs, PVA bags and casting presentation.
Forum 3: Ray Dale Smith of Carp R Us runs a rig clinic.
Forum 4: Ian Russell of Heathrow Bait Services will be rolling baits and talking perfect pop-ups.
The Carp Society Raffle will give away loads of excellent prizes.
Doors open at 10:30 am with adult tickets costing £ 10 for Carp Society members, £ 15 for non members. Carp Society juniors, OAP’s and disabled anglers all get free entry with non-member juniors, OAP’s and disabled paying £ 5.
