The sea angling year for boat anglers will be rounded off on Sunday February 4 with a Charity Small Boat open on the River Mersey at New Brighton.
Being staged in aid of the Leukaemia Research Fund, there is a guaranteed £ 750 for the heaviest single fish, £ 250 for second and £ 100 for the third, along with lots of table prizes.
The entry fee is £ 10 for a boat and £ 15 per angler.
