I have just returned from a week’s fishing on the Rio Ebro in Spain.
We had wonderful weather, with the temperature reaching 30 degrees Celsius every day and I was thankful for the San Miguel (Spanish beer) and ice.
But the fishing was not so good. However I managed to catch one beast weighing 136lb. It had a length of 211cm! It took a floatfished live eel.
We also caught some bass and managed a few common carp to 25lb.
