The latest huge carp netted from French estate lake, and big carp water, Domaine des Iles, weighed 57lb and was tempted by Adrian Booth (pictured).
The week before another visitor and his young son caught 26 carp in six days.
July was a good month, producing a good number of fish over 30lb, including a 53-pounder, two over 40lb and a 39lb common to Jean Masters. And someone lost a huge catfish at the net.
UPDATE!
Adrian caught 12 big carp during his visit, including three thirties as well as the ’57’.
He said, “I’ll be back, book me up for next year!”
