The Easyfeeder

EASYFEEDER POLE CUP
Price: Small £ 3.99, Large £ 5.50

This pole pot completely encloses the bait as you ship it out. So when your pole falls off the roller the bait won’t spray around in the margins! Designer Jeff Darlington says you can whirl it around and it still stays shut.

The design also means that if you’re on a steep bank and have to add sections to ship out, dragging the pot through the water, it shouldn’t empty as long as you keep the pot moving.

To fill it, turn it upside down, fill it to a maximum of three-quarters, and put the bottom on before reversing the pot. To empty, lower it into the water, the water enters the Easy Feeder through small holes in the bottom cap, displacing air through the top cup, which floats the cup at water level, the weighted bottom cap simply falls away releasing the bait. No clips to fall away – it’s automatic.

To attach this to your pole there are some clips which are slid onto the top sections.

Then you clip the loop from the line onto the swivel like attachment as shown above and ‘Bobs your Uncle’, you’re sorted. Or you can just clip it to your connector (stonfo) on your pole.

Great idea and I can see this product doing well. I got one at the NEC Go Fishing Show 2002 and at a bargain price.
