This is an opportunity for knowledgeable club anglers, or those with open competition experience, to work alongside the current managers and team members to learn about international angling.
Team England are the reigning World Champions after taking gold in Weymouth in September 2014, they also took silver in Ireland during the SALC Home Nations Boat International in 2014 and the Angling Trust say that this new initiative aims to increase the size of the talent pool from which the teams are selected and demonstrates the ambition for continual improvement and success.
