It gives me great pleasure to announce that FishingMagic has been sold to Fish and Fly Ltd and will continue to operate as one of the leading coarse fishing sites on the Internet.
Fish and Fly Ltd currently own and operate www.fishandfly.com and www.flyforums.co.uk and also own the prestigious Fish & Fly Magazine published in the USA.
I have met the management of Fish and Fly and they are not planning to change the fundamentals of the site, membership will still be free and I am extremely confident that this is a very positive move for the site, its members and advertisers. This very welcome news ends a period of some uncertainty.
A new editor will be appointed in the not-too-distant-future and I shall remain as Managing Editor, which includes control of content and the forum.
