FISHRITE ROVER SPECIALIST QUIVER
Price: £ 19.99

Long term user review (Period October 2002 – October 2003)

I’ve had the Fishrite Rover Quiver for over 12 months now and I can honestly say I’m delighted with the way it has stood up to the abuse I have thrown at it.

It has managed to resist a full winter of rain, snow and sleet despite being thrown in the garage, wet through at the end of every session. I’ve left dripping wet landing nets in the side pockets for weeks on end yet all the stitching is as secure as the day I bought it.

It is light, strong and more than capable of holding all the equipment needed for a day’s fishing.

A sensibly-sized central compartment will take a brolly and storm poles whilst the two side pockets have plenty of room for a landing net, plus rod rests, bank sticks, etc.

Two made up rods can comfortably be secured using the adjustable retaining clip and the padded non-slip carrying strap is extremely comfortable and allows you to ‘balance’ the load when walking long distances.

Although I purchased the quiver with short river sessions in mind I now find I use it for practically all my fishing, only changing over to a larger quiver when I am on a long stay session with bivvies and multiple rod set-ups.

FISHINGmagic VERDICT

Selling at a remarkably low price of £ 19.99 I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this item of luggage.
