Hello all, Inthetreesagain! Here. I’m new to this forum lark so bear with me.
I’m an occasional angler of the old school - not into poles etc - love my centre pin
so fancy some small river Fishing locally in the Erewash area if anyone has any pointers?

Welcome. How do you cast into trees with a pin? I wish I could get such elevation and distance. Are you Nottingham / Derby way? If so a few members on here may be familiar with that river.

Hi Inthetreesagain, you are not the only Angler on here that likes using the pin, or fishing the smaller streams and rivers.

However a lot of us either fish further up north or further down south than yourself.

HDYGO A long running thread called How Did You Get On. Members post results, good and blanks, mishaps on the bank and what they have seen.

When you post on HDYGO its nice to include a photo. Anglers photos usually include an article in the photo to give sense of scale.
It would be Very Very nice if one could contain a picture of your pin(centre Pin) for scale for all those centre pin affectionardos on here.
