I thought so too but a couple of people have told me it's an Orfe of some kind.

Could be I suppose.....I've not caught enough of those to be able to comment but none of them were that colour.

It has a long dorsal fin so is not an Orfe.

I would call it a Ghost Carp.

Definitely not an Orfe. Orfe and Ide are effectively the same fish, rather Dace looking.

That’s a carp, appears to be a ghost variety which come in multiple colours and patterning.
