Although i originally registered years ago, i had forgotten so haven't been on for an age but a chat yesterday on the Kennet has brought me back, nice to meet you Geoff.
Currently bit fixated on Barbel, i enjoy the blanking, but i fish for most coarse species
and have set myself a 3lb plus Perch as one of my targets for this year.

I fish mainly on the Kennet, Lower Benyons, with a bit of Basingstoke Canal and the Blackwater thrown in for good measure.

I'm not that daft..he witnessed it but I weighed them myself on my Tex Avery "Loony Toons" scales that he bought me for...................oh.......hmmmm

Hope it helps you more than me, lol, blanked from the carp park this evening, and got pretty wet, had 1 thumping bite on boilie very brief tussle followed by a hook pull, then the heavens opened.
