Long shot I know, but does anyone have experience of this rod?
I have discovered a new old stock one of these series 7 rods for sale.
I believe that this was one of the early rods to bear the Puddle Chucker name, when commercial fisheries and their stock were smaller.
It's billed as a stepped up waggler rod with lines to 6lb.
I am considering it for some long range big bodied waggler (10g+) fishing on a water which suffers from horrendous wind and tow.
Any user experiences would be very much appreciated.
