I’ve just received a rod I bought from Chris (Sam Vimes), it’s a Drennan Crystalight and is in lovely nick. It was packed like I’ve never received a rod before, a corrugated cardboard tube, in a plastic tube, in a cardboard tube, almost nuke proof!

Hope I haven’t embarrassed you Chris, phone me when you have a moment.

Yes and no Mike, this was a slight diversion. should be perfect for the estate, just ten weeks to go!

If you dont like it John, I will take it off your hands, It has a low mainline and hooklength rating , I think its 2.8lb mainline and 1lb 10oz hooklength, it does not state diameter of line, I use 2lb mainline to a 1lb 8oz hooklength and 18/20 hooks
