I read in todays Times that a company is now selling angling ringtones between 3-5 pounds each! Apparantly they were recorded at the Hardy's factory and include the sounds of clicking and whirring reels............!!
Somehow I dont think it will CATCH on....pun intended.

Last year in France WoL had his mobile set to the delkim ring tone. Big Stu and Rik both had delkims. Every time someone called WoL there was a stampede and the earth shook!!

Graham,

Naughty, naught, naughty!

Our "PC" brothers have already insisted that the nursery rhyme is to be re-named to: "Baa Baa Rainbow sheep"

Believe me its true - If I remember correctly it was some overly 'prissy' nursery manager in Oxfordshire.

As to ring tones - the best thing is not to take the bl00dy mobile with you when you go fishing - that way you don't need a daft ringtone!
Alternatively, what the hell is wrong with setting the damn thing on "vibrate" and allowing others at the venue to enjoy a days peaceful fishing?

Second thoughts, scrub that as I can just imagine some of the follow up commetns about 'vibrating mobiles'
