Hi Jon. I was looking at Owner hooks, but I've bought really small lures, with what appear to be size 10 trebles. Owner doesn't appear to do a size 6. Most articles I've read (and you probably know this) recommend two sizes larger when replacing trebles with singles, so that the gape of the single is roughly the same as the gape of two parts of the treble, when laid flat... if that makes sense.
