I want to get back and fish the rivers and I'm looking for a cheap set up £100 for both as I won't be on the rivers alot just the odd trip hence a small budget.

What have you already got? If you are lucky, you may not need to spend at all. If you've got a 13'(ish) float rod and a tip rod/Avon of some description, you may have the bases covered.

Not to be rude, but why don't you just say exactly what you've got, i.e make, model length etc?
It'll make it a lot easier to make suggestions for what you need.
