Still a Popular Powerhouse Spinner Since it Hit The USA in 2016!

I boarded the Daiwa Express a bit late i'm afraid. Back then i was more into Shimano & Penn. Amazingly these reels have maintained a steady presence in the US for 8yr. Interest was kept alive with the introductions of other closely related lines like the MQ to Backbay. Seems prices haven't wavered either as they're still as popular as ever.

So what are these "impressive" stats that has kept the Saltists name still going strong? Well, things like- It's MagSealed (Main Shaft & Line Roller)! Even the line roller & main shaft sealed w/magnetic oil. "Hard Bodiez" Boby & side covers. Light Weight Air Rotor Design. Air Bail is lightweight stainless (not aluminum) for light weight strength. DIGIGEAR DIGITAL GEAR DESIGN. Dynamic cut aluminum ABS spool. Sealed waterproof carbon ATD drag system. 8CRBB(Corrosion Resistant Ball Bearings). Gear ratio- 5.7:1. Line per Handle Turn- 101cm/39.9in. Weight- 425g or 15oz (over 7oz lighter than the 4500). Max Drag- 8kg or 17.6lb.

Monofilament Capacity 10lb. 270m/300yd 12lb. 240m/260yd 14lb. 190m/210yd
