Regular visitors to our site may well have noticed we have the best selection of quality, pre-owned tackle, ever, in our history. Dave is being kept very busy with sales but also with collectors monetising at least part of their collections and/or trading up to improve their collections.
This is good for all of us as it keeps the wheels turning and means that quality items come to market that would otherwise remain in private collections. The last few months have bought a number of the ‘find me another one’ type items to our site. Top of the list has to be the extremely rare Hardy 2.5” All Brass Perfect from circa 1891. From a private collection. So good that Dave has priced this at £14995. Keeping on a similar track, how about the superb B James ‘Built to endure’ 12ft cane rod? Built circa 1951/52 and one of the first B James rods with a whole cane butt. In the same collection came many other gems. Hardy Wallis Avons, Avocets, Wizards and Super Wizards. Our normal TT Rod Warranty applies and as always part exchanges are welcome.
Not all the rare items are fresh in and we are surprised this super collection of 75 Zephyr floats has not been snapped up. Price has been reduced to £1199 but maybe a call to Dave will improve that a little.

The plethora of collections being offered to us carries on and during February we are expecting to finalise on at least two very special collections…….one where we are going to have to buy a larger van! In preparation, as you may have noticed, we have introduced some ‘sale’ prices on our site. A great opportunity to buy quality items to collect or use at reduced prices.
