Finally back and checking out the forum. Seems a long time ago now but it went well. Great weather, great accommodation (Cottage of Content - Highly recommended!) and the fishing was great in spite of very low level. In the three days with two rods we caught 21 barbel and 20 chub if memory serves me well. The only down side was that most of the barbel came from a short deep fast flowing stretch at the end of the stretch, so it became a bit too easy once we had located this spot. We did a fair bit of searching in other swims but in the main it was chub or nothing. .. Hope to return to the Wye in 2024
