Fox Spomb Rod 12ft MR

Has anyone had experience of this dedicated Spomb rod any feedback would be welcome as I have an opportunity to get one at a good price. I assume it would also double up as a marker rod. At the moment I use a 3.5tc pike rod for casting a medium spomb but looking to get special more specialised

Isn't this just a way to get anglers to buy yet another rod that they don't need. Just like I did with a dropshotting rod.

Yup sometimes its all about the labels. My favourite pike rods are a pair of 12 ft Shimanos with the label "marker" on the butt section.
