Gomexus Reel Balancers! A Great Accessory!
For those that need to put their rig down after bringing in a fish! After time hard rocks to gravel may start scratching & damaging the epoxy coating that protects your reel. Have you considered a reel balancer? It's an inexpensive addition for your rig. Just be sure you order the correct size. I live in Hawaii so if i set my rig down to unhook a fish it'll be on sharp lava rocks to coral reef or sand.
I prefer not to subject my reel to sand so it's the rocks or reef. Now you can wear a belt rod harness but i wear elastic banded swim trunks with no belt loops so that's out of the question for me to use. Only recently i've started to use this product. For reels that mean a lot to me or it cost too much to replace. Amazon for some reason has a poor selection of reel balancers, eBay has the best selection. Take your pick.
