You know what species you want to go after but where do you start when it comes to bait ?.
You go to your local tackle shops, you have an endless choice, but how do you know which one is best ?, you look in the angling press for advice 10 different anglers giving 10 different tips, but how do you which one is best ?, you go on tho the website post a thread, everybody has their own ideas, but how do you know which one is best ?, you visit the venue you wish to fish, there's either no one there, is it worth fishing ? or there is 10 anglers all fishing with different baits, they are all catching, but which one is best ?.
There must be a defining bait, groundbait, flavour, method for each species we fish for, but does this change seasonally or is there one that whatever time of year is the defining one ?
