A rare Hardy wide spool Perfect RHW salmon fly reel in 4 1/4” diameter, brand new old shop stock, only 250 of these reels made, of which 25 were sold individually, this being number 247 of the 250, the reel is internally stamped 247. Spitfire finish winding plate, 95mm smooth brass foot and spare shorter 60mm foot to fit modern rods, rim tension regulator with Turks lock screw and original drum screw, The reel is fitted with the stunning 1912 check and comes with makers red baize lined block leather case with Hardy logo to lid, Hardy Certificate of Authenticity and Hardy correct box, small tear to collar of outer box
