Rare early canvas and leather Hardy fishing bag from D avid Armitage Bannermans, ( see link below) with large stamped logo to underside of flap, measurements 16”x9”, knotted game mesh to front, original straps, buckles and shoulder strap, internally hand written “David Bannerman 27th. November, 1939, from EF” and externally written “Miriam Littlewood (his daughter), from David Bannerman July 1976, truly a family possession, contains a PD Malloch of Perth leather fly wallet holding various casts, and an interesting French angling license/ticket, Societe des Pecheurs de La Nive, dated 1926 to Mr. Bannerman, great time capsule for the collector and still usable today.
