My name is Jake, i am 11 years old, and I'm mad about Wels Catfish, I go with my dad to mequinenza every year to fish for the huge spanish Catfish on the River Ebro.

At home i fish for carp, chub and pike - but they are no where near the size of the catfish

I have never caught a Wels so am very jealous. I have caught more than my fair share of poisson chat in French rivers - different species of catfish lot smaller!

HOWEVER - I have eaten Wels a couple of times during recent visits to Hungary.....and very nice it is too!!!
