Hi

Is anyone still on here? I drank a couple of bottles of absinthe a few years bacK and after touring with some progressive death metal groups as chief roadie, I’ve come out of a coma and everything’s changed. All my fishing gear had been eaten by mice, and I’ve got a sore head. Are people still fishing for carp?

Sandra.

Hello and welcome back to Fishing Magic Sandra. Yes, they're still fishing for Carp and anything else that swims.

You have been away a while but welcome back. I recall the name but not your posts. You cannot get away from carp.

Dave Rothery is an excellent carp angler and wind up merchant to boot.

No, but he did often use the nom de plume of "Sandra"

As for "swing" well his young son swings a mean bat as he is a very promising young cricketer.

Frothey was one of a trio including, Wol and Roto Fryer who between them had an amazing list of PB, and not only for carp. Wol alone had three species at 17lbs . . . . (excluding pike)

All definitely missed . . ..

Thanks Peter ?

Sons 2nd year at uni now, so i might actually have time to go fishing rather than chasing him around. Between the cricket and daughters rowing, never had a chance........
