Looks good Keith, but a bit bulky for me.
The beauty of the two velcro straps is that they roll up with the strap and fit in a jacket/ trousers pocket. Not sure yours would.

As it happens I got one of them for my knackers. never thought of attaching my rod to it though. I don't suppose anyone will notice me walking funny.

Just to say I got my new rod strap yesterday, came from Germany, looks good to me and at £5.35 I reckon a fair buy. This will come in useful so thanks for the thread, wouldn't have known about them otherwise.

I would either be a lot more specific when googling "straps" or make sure safe search is enabled.
