Hot spots

Can anyone out there tell me of a real hot spot off the North West coast or North Wales? As several places like the Gynn Wall Blackpool has been taking small Tope, Dogfish, Bass, Smoothhound. So I have heard, even sole, but I haven't had much luck. So, if you can help I would be grateful.
