How Can I Delete a Post?

I am probably missing something obvious, but I don't seem to be able to delete a message/reply I posted by mistake?, (I posted a repeat message on a thread about Roach length v weight). Would anyone be kind enough to explain how to please?

Simply click on the upside down triangle next to ‘report’ then select ‘delete’

Hello Peter,
Thank you for your reply. There isn't an upside down triangle next to 'Report' on the page I am looking at. 'Edit' is to the right of 'Report' but that seems to be all. I have searched in all of the options buttons on the top of the message, and in 'Report' and 'Edit', but cannot find an upside down triangle there either.

Ah I think that is a moderator only selection.

Let me know which post you want deleted and I’ll do it for you.

Thank you for your reply.
It is in the 'Roach Length to Weight Scale' thread and is the message I posted at 9.08am today. The first line starts ' Hard to say without measuring.....'
It is a repeat of a message I posted on the same thread yesterday.
