Inspira ISX-3000HA! My Missing Inspira Quadruplet Member!
I finally completed my set of Inspira ISX! 2K, 3K, 4K & 5K! Since i received one of the early releases last year of the 4000 unit I was hooked! For me to assemble a set of every size of a reel series is truly hard to do. For Shimano I did that with the Stradics. Penn it was the SS line. Finally Okuma i was given the Helios set by my former employer Jeff Robles. Now my 2nd completed set of Okuma reels is finished.
The 2.5K & the 3K are the most popular size of any spinning reels. Mainly due to fresh water anglers targeting trout to bass as these reel sizes are the key sizes for them. I plan on using this reel as a shoreline spinner targeting small baitfish to occasional gamefish (mostly Bonefish & Jacks). I'm going to spool on mono, most likely 6lb or 8lb. Using braid for shallow reefs is tricky. You'd need a longer rod & must keep the rod tip high but it can be done.
I do plan on adding a 3K back-up spool to allow me more on-sight options. Cheaper than purchasing another 3000 unit.
