I think you get a letuice leaf for your daily greens intake also.

I told steve last year stay away from the onion rings they are filling. But no he ate them then could not manage the steak.

The hearing Aid i lost is costing me a small fortune, ,and there was no plate of chips on our table ,just the ones with the steak a 1 slice tomato
