I haven't used the VDE one, but I use a different brands one quite a bit in broundbait etc.
when using worm and caster.
It's quite effective.

I've also injected deadbaits with it, but my lack of regular piking meant that results were inconclusive.

I put it in the staff kettle at work......
now working elsewhere...

seriosly though, used it in a binder when bream fishing at depth and distance, but caught pretty much same as normal so not sure if it a gimmick-u cant beat real chopped worm-just knackers your scissors...

I bought some VDE liquid worm and also some VDE worm dust at the NEC with the
intentions of using it for mixing into my ground bait for Bream on the
river Lune (big water 3 to 4 metres deep and a long cast). As I'm not
likely to get onto the river due to the foot & mouth I'm going to give it a
try on a small still water that contains; Carp to 20lb, Bream to 5lb, Tench
to 6lb, pluss Roach & Perch. Loose feed with chop worm and caster. My hook bait
will be worn on it's own or worm/maggot or worm/caster. Probably fished on
the float or maybe swing tip depending on how I feel, I've never fished
this water before so it should be interesting to see what comes out form a
8 hour session. I'll let you know what happens. I did however bump
into a guy at the NEC who said it was great stuff and very easy to use if
you didn't have access to lots of worms or wasn't happy chopping them up
with the scissors!
Has anyone tried dipping bread flake into liquide worm?

Yuk!Maggot and bran, much tastier.
I have been fishing for 50+ years and have seen faddy baits come and go but I still say that the old fashioned baits
maggot, lobworm and breadpaste(pernod flavoured)are the best. Presentation and patience are the anglers best methods.

stick it under your noselike smelling salts it will keep you awake for hours but don't spill it on the carpet missis won't like and it will cost you a lot of money (as it did me)
