Old El Paso Fajita seasoning powder is also good.

Just crushed garlic clove or a teaspoon of Rajah crushed garlic from a jar. Spoon it into a poly bag and rub it so the garlic is spread all over. Add the LM, inflate the bag and shake the meat around, leave overnight.

Any of Archie Braddocks flavourings also work well. One smells like a bunch of fresh flowers to us, but god knows what the fish smell in it. It works though.

Well just about everything covered here. I would use something I don't like the taste of to stop me eating it all.

Just taken a load out of the freezer ready for tommorrow! Cut into chunks and fried with a couple of oxo cubes! Look good enough to eat! Hopefully the barbel/chub will think so too!

Also got me cheesepaste ready, which absolutely stinks! Lovely!

I did try cubed meat left in a bag with a mixture of marmite and water so the mixture was nice and sloppy. Result - very sticky fingers and no fish
