Angling Mustad Baitholder Sickle Hooks For Mullets!
Mullet fishing takes PATIENCE. Something that i'm not very good at. I'd rather walk the shores casting lures to baits. This was a bad week. 3 days of mullet fishing for a few Jacks and a Cuda. Huge mullets were jumping all around me all day just to tease me (caught 1 on video jumping). I noticed only a few days out of the month they tend to hit anything from white bread to glass shrimps (funny they don't like brown bread). But if you have the patience it can be a relaxing but rewarding day if there's a mild wind to keep the mosquitos at bay.
This was shot some time ago. Since my father passed from Covid i no longer fish for mullets as my dad liked steamed mullet & i went just for him.
