Hi sorry if not allowed delete if needed

Just wondering if there are cheaper bobbins to fit the nash siren r2 bite alarms.

I think £25 per bobbin is a little extreme.

Thank you

Don’t see why you have to use a particular brand? A bobbin is a bobbin is it not? The hole in the part that attaches under the alarm is universal.

Guessing they are the sort of bobbins that connect direct to the buzzer & light up when you have a take so need to be compatible.

You might be better off asking on a specialist carp forum if there are others that are compatible or perhaps scout the second hand market..ebay etc..

...alternativly just stick some isotopes in standard bobbins...does the same job, costs less & the Alarm itself lights up and alerts you to a take anyway.

Thank you for your replies.
Yes I do have standard bobbins that I'm using, I was just wondering if there were alternative to the light up ones if they were cheap enough it would be nice to have but not essential.
