A Regional Meeting for North London and Hertfordshire will be taking place at the Halfway House on the A10 near Enfield EN1 3PN.

Brian Pope the new Regional Organiser has sourced the venue and it will be held on the evening of wednesday 24th February


At this stage I can advise that Fred Crouch & Steve Pope will be there .

UPDATE:

A meeting for the new North London and Hertfordshire Region of The Barbel Society will be taking place at the

Halfway House on the A10 near Enfield EN1 3PN

Wednesday February 24th.
Doors open at 7:30 for an 8pm start

Members free on production of their card Non-Members £3

Fred Crouch and Steve Pope, President and Chairman of the Barbel Society, will be giving an armchair talk on their fishing exploits on the local venues going way back to the late fifties! A real trip back down memory lane. Fred and Steve don’t do these sort of talks so often these days, so this really is one not to be missed!
There will be a raffle and there may be a tackle stand.(work in progress)

I hope to be mate and staying in Romford.
It depends a bit on my ol' mum, she's suffering a bit, and I don't know when for certain I'll be down there, or back home sorting other stuff out for foreign trip and Barbel Fisher.
